The Westside villages have been designed with quality of life in mind.

Westside was entitled to build many more units on the land than were actually constructed as the decision was made to use the extra space to provide an optimal living environment for residents.

The units are mainly built in duplex pairs and are at least several metres apart. Space is the essence of the design and this has achieved the aim of providing the village with the sense of community without the residents living in each other's pockets.

The high quality units are built from Midland bricks, Banksia bricks and Bristile clay tiles. Landscaped gardens wind their way between the units, providing a beautiful outlook for residents and visitors.

The interiors have been thoughtfully designed to cater to all the needs of residents. Each spacious unit has two bedrooms, a roomy lounge and L-shaped lounge/dining area, a separate well-appointed kitchen with a split level oven and hot plates, a pantry, space for a dish washer and plenty of power points, along with a bathroom and separate toilet.

Each unit also has a separate laundry and built in robes in the bedrooms.

The units include a linen cupboard and insect screens to all windows, carpeting and a television point. Depending on the unit either a car bay, carport or lock up garage is available.

Other features include the sensible height of light switches, many power points, easily accessible door handles and grip bars in the bathrooms and toilet.

The villages are divided into exclusive cul-de-sacs, each with their own individual features, parking and landscaped gardens.
